Primedia Unlimited subsidiary XP Digital™ is helping SOS Children’s Village touch the hearts of consumers around the country through a direct digital advertising screen awareness campaign.
XP Digital™ offers advertisers a unique opportunity to showcase their brand in Dis-Chem and the top 103 Clicks outlets countrywide. SOS Children’s Village was thrilled with the opportunity to reach in excess of 5.1 million consumers per month, for the duration of their campaign.
Direct to consumer 42″ LCD advertising screens, well positioned directly in front of consumers and behind the dispensaries of these retailers, were used to flight 30-second advertisements showing pictures of where street children sleep and informing viewers of the valuable work done by SOS Children’s Village and how they can help change the life of a street kid.
“We wanted to raise awareness of SOS in the market, and XP Digital™’s platforms within Clicks and Dis-Chem allowed us to reach a captive audience in an environment that promotes nurturing,” says SOS Children’s Village’s Yvonne Stiglingh.
“The campaign also allowed us to communicate with companies whose employees are on medical aid, in line with our corporate payroll strategy,” she adds.
