To advertise its Angel fragrance ahead of the festive season, and to introduce Thierry Mugler’s new brand ambassador Giorgia May Jagger (daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall), Clarins turned to its tried and trusted fashion advertising partner Fashion Media, a Primedia Unlimited company.
The two week campaign ran nationally in Red Square Stores, advertised in store front windows and beeper sleeves at the store’s entrances.
“The advertising campaign was targeted towards women aged between 19 and 45 who are currently, or potential, Angel or Thierry Mugler fans,” says Fashion Media’s CEO Sean Reed. “The clean and captivating visuals in blue and white utilised the respective advertising spaces well and caught the attention of passers-by.”
To educate and inform the targeted consumers, the Angel campaign was flighted on outdoor and on TV. The Fashion Media platforms are used to complete the cycle by communicating close to the point of purchase.
