Virgin Mobile South Africa powers up Citroen DS3 competition with Mall Active

Mall activations are a sure-fire way of getting consumers to notice your brand, which is why Virgin Mobile SA teamed up with Primedia Unlimited’s shopping mall activation specialist, Mall Active, to spread the word about its high-powered competition that saw a lucky South African winning a Citroen DS3 Cabrio 155 Sport.

The specialist mall activation company spread its magic at shopping centres across the country, in a bid to drive consumers to the nearest Virgin Mobile store, where consumers that signed up with Virgin Mobile on a Contract or TopUp package were in line to win a car noted ‘the coolest of its generation’.

“With an awesome prize up for grabs and a highly-visible activation campaign that takes place in close proximity to points of purchase, Virgin Mobile wanted to win more market share through this campaign,” says Mall Active’s Travis Brown.
